NIFAA Annual General Meeting 2025

Dear Members,

We cordially invite you to attend the Northern Ireland Field Archery Association’s, 2025 Annual General Meeting on Saturday 29th November at 2.30pm sharp. 

The meeting will take place at Oakgrove Integrated Collage, Stradreagh, Gransha Park, Strathfoyle, Londonderry, BT47 6TG.

Please notify NIFAA of your attendance no later than 22nd November 2025 at info@nifaa.co.uk 

(The deadline for proposals and nominations for this year's AGM has now past so no further items may be submitted. No fresh proposals will be taken from the floor at the AGM other than those arising from matters to be voted on or approved. If you are going to attend the AGM please let us know in advance so that we can ensure that we have adequate seating organised).

Please take a moment to consider the points below and reply to info@nifaa.co.uk within the listed time frames to ensure inclusion at the AGM.

1. As a current member of NIFAA I would like to attend the AGM on Saturday 29th November 2025.
2. As a current member of NIFAA I would like to propose a constitutional rule change, responses are required by 8th November 2025 detailing both the rule change and the logic behind it.
3. As a current member of NIFAA I would like to make a proposal for a currently vacant position or challenge one of the positions where the current officer is standing down but intends to re-stand for another term. Responses are required by 8th November 2025. 
4. Members will need a minimum of two years NIFAA membership to qualify for a position on the NIFAA committee, however this can be waived if secondment is requested for a vacant position so, please register your interest.
5. Please note: Proposals are not taken from the floor at the AGM.

The agenda for the 2025 NIFAA AGM will be as follows:

• Opening of meeting
• Opening Address
• Financial Report
• Other Committee members address (optional)
• Presentation of any proposed rule change along with logic
• Committee stand down
• Re-election process
• AOB
• Closing of meeting.

The NIFAA committee is committed to the continued development of the IFAA style of archery within Northern Ireland and are currently working on a full calendar of events for 2026.
